Brand new never worn. I paid $80 a pair. I would normally never do that, but they are worth every penny. I have never experienced a shoe like this one. AMAZING! It feels like you are walking on air with every step. I am usually in pain walking long distances, and these help tremendously. I normally wear a 6 1/2, but these felt better in a 6.
